No email asking for name sent after two weeks of purchase

I tried different searches but found no threads asking about this.

I saw the signature edition on sale and decided to buy it. I then realised that there was to be an email sent out asking for my name to be added to the purchaser.

So far I have not received any such email. And am unsure who to contact. Any ideas?

Regarding the information you give when creating your soldier as part of the Soldier Roster Edition (and higher), in addition to the soldier’s name and nickname, I think that being able to add the soldier’s nationality and hometown would be nice additions as well.

I know that the first thing I’m suggesting has been addressed by others already, but the second is (I think) unique. First, will we be able to submit nationality, gender, etc. or just name and nickname? Second, will we be able to give some kind of physical appearance to use or will it just be randomized? I guess that comes with the question of will we be able to customize characters appearances.
