Neural disruptor head does nothing

game version 1.0.57335 EGS.

the neural disruptor head does not do any of the things it says it is supposed to do.

I tried it on a level 3 Anu priest:

-there was no disorientation effect
-there was no disruption of the target’s willpoint abilities. The priest mind controlled me on its subsequent turn.

others have also reported it not working on sirens, or basically on anything.

fix this.

Can report this is still live in the Danforth patch, as I was just mindcontrolled by a Siren showing Neural disruption as active, just applied the previous turn.
