Hi, I’m from the Philippines and noticed that the world map is missing a big chunk of island (Palawan - which is a really good tourist destination as well). I don’t know if it’s part of the story or lore but would be great to see that in the map

The map used in Phoenix Point is taken from real scientific prediction data about what the world would look like when the ice caps melt and sea level rises.
A lot of places are submerged. You will also notice that Denmark, Florida, The Netherlands and a lot of other low-lying coastal areas are flooded.

I get the point but it was a fairly large and wonderful island that sunk though (same concern with Xcom2). Hope if they develop an underwater scenario we get to see the sunken islands then
