How to perform Sabotage mission against a faction?

When I look into diplomacy screen almost all factions want me to make a Sabotage mission against each other. I tried going to their respective Haven’s after accepting the Sabotage mission but I don’t see any option to start it. Only option I can see is Raid but the difficulty of that one was way over what my soldiers could handle.

How do you finish “Sabotage” mission to gain reputation?

Is RAID the correct button to start the mission?

I believe so, and I believe you also have to destroy the key structures

Just doing the raid also gives you diplomacy points to the other 2 factions. + 2 points each.
