Hey, I noticed on screenshots from other players that other players have made or discovered additional phoenix point bases. I’d find such bases pretty useful, but I’ve explored most of Asia and Europe and haven’t found one. Am I missing something? Do I have to build one somehow, or peg the meter on an independent haven?
Nah, they seem random. Though I have had them in suspiciously similar positions between playthroughs, they may be preset. Either way, just keep 'splorin!
