Don’t know if this is a bug or feature in the latest update. But I don’t have the option to build any food production facilities anymore.
Anybody experiencing the same?

It’s by design. The Abu research tree will provide it, but it’s almost useless. Capture Pandorans after one gets the research to turn them into food.
