Feats like: Resourceful, Farsighted and Healer and so on does NOT give the +2 bonuses to willpower and strength and so on. What is going on? Seems like a simple fix? Why are these issues here?

They don’t show up in the bars above, but you have them.
For +2 bonus to strength, check your encumbrance (equipment screen), it should be strength+2.
For +2 will/speed you have to wait until a mission to check.

Can confirm, this is true. Would be somewhat nice if the +whatever maybe showed next to the increase bars at least.
