So i bought the platinum edition today because it looked promising but i didnt enjoy the game. is it possible to get a refund or is this not possible?

So Xsolla still handles pre-orders not Epic?
You can only purchase the Base Edition directly through the Epic store. If he has the Platinum Edition (or Signature), then it was purchased through our Xsolla store. Xsolla handle those transactions.
