Building mist repellers will mean Pandoran bases form outside of detection range. Am I wrong? If true, this seems like a bit of a double edge sword. If true, the benefits of having of mist repellers is balanced against a much higher proportion (1/2? 2/3? etc) of bases going undetected.
If the red mist is near enough, no change in their detection or range.
Repeller has lower range than scanner (sat uplink). So aliens still have space to pop up their base in our detection area.
