BB4, win8.1, Stuck at loading screen

Steps to repro:

Start exe from Epic launcher
Switch quality to potato on settings window and start
Gets stuck on loading screen with ~3-4% cpu usage

Does anybody have a suggestion?

The issue could be the video card. It’s not a supported card and VRAM below the minimum spec. Tagging in @gamingmechanoid to take a look.

Have you reported this issue with the ingame report tool? We can see the logs from there and have a more accurate idea of what’s causing this.
