Bash with VVA-2 Arms cost 0 AP = infinite attacks
One single attack only deals about 11 damage but so a lot of klicks, but hey just no waste of ammo here

Another exploitable skill bug to the list
Yeah, you need the perk with -1 AP cost reduce for the VVA-2 Arms, that works well for healing and so but should not work with bash together, bash should just cost 1AP.
