I bought a Armadillo from a NJ heaven and it has no weapon what so ever. I am playing on the 3rd diffeculty. Armadillo with no weapon

there is a bug when playing on Hero/Legend that the equipment removal that is applied to the soldiers when recruiting is also applied to the vehicles. At this time you cannot build and equip weapons for the vehicles
