I suppose the title says it all. The ammo crate has green squares next to it where you can stand and access it. In one of my playthroughs, the ammo crate was next to a wall, and one of the green access squares was on the other side of the wall as if you could access the crate through the wall. I’m not sure whether it’s just a graphical error, since I didn’t actually loot the crate through the wall.

I also experienced this. Looting through the wall was useful but probably not as intended.
