Can they not just keep the changelog pinned like most other games do? (COH2 for a good example)

There should be a special department for it on this forum.
Like “Hints / Bugreport” and so on.

It’s a Phoenix Point specific announcement, not a Snapshot specific announcement. In honesty, it doesn’t matter where they go, as there will always be people who miss/don’t see it.
