WA-2 Arms Missing

I have recruited NJ Tech without the useful WA-2 Arms and have no option to manufacture. What are the requirements for the arms to be listed?

You need more than 49 REP with NJ , when you complete assigned diplomacy mission and you pass 50 you access to the Technician class, armor (and arms) included

I suppose you can get those arms quicker just by recruitment and then reverse engineering them. But the problem is that many times technician comes with bionic torso instead of standard technician armor with arms attached (you need to check ā€œiā€ icon just below recruit to check what he has got).

So to be sure you can produce such arms, you need to acquire proper tech by alligning with New Jericho like etermes said.

And playing Legend you get Technicians without armor

As well when playing Hero level.

Cheers, will have to cosy up with NJ as I am down at 7 with them. Never recruited a tech without them before but never played at Hero level before.
