I m a bit confuse,
I researched the new armor (Bionic) and build the cybernetic lab but I have no crafting option for the new amor?
Anything I m missing in order to build them?

This is probably too late. Haven’t been to forums in a while… It’s not crafted. Go to Personnel Screen and click on bionic upgrade button to left of soldier. You do bionic and mutant upgrades on personnel screen.
