On that note, @conductiv I think the changes you suggested elsewhere to accuracy/damage/mobility buffs is really the right direction for balancing. As long as the hellcannon can be used with laser point accuracy and as a hammer and as everything in between…

I have generally been rather harsh when it comes to multipliers in this game, so this would generally be too much of a nerf for most forumites that I have read.

armor wise:
-remove accuracy buff or penalty
-spd only affected negatively base 0 (light), -1 (assault), -2 (heavy) factions can affect them slightly differently, but armor does no longer boost speed.
-stealth and perception can be effected positively or negatively.

skills:
RB becomes a double tap…

Max cap of characteristics and parameters - will help give a start to nerfs and rearrangement skills. (in frames of difficulty Veteran’s as a standard for game balance, as game mechanics without super skills become difficult for a beginner)
