Virus removes willpower at the end of turn, not start

It’s description says it will take it off at the start of the turn. This means that if you have enough virus then you should be able to leave an enemy knowing they’ll panic at the start of their turn.

However, it applies at the end of the turn instead. Resulting in me having to take another volley of explosives from a chiron. Either fix the description or fix the way virus works, whichever was originally intended.
