If you max out speed on a character, and then choose a skill (perk?) that gives additional speed, the speed stat gets reduced to 18/20.
I might have noticed a skill point refund, but still, it’s slightly confusing.

Yes, there is a bug when you first skill one or more of the three attributes and afterwards a skill, all what you have done before is reset, but also refunded the skillpoints. Annoying, of course …
