Reasoning/Justification Tritons get a Low Crawl Defense, or Small Target bonus when moving. This makes me wish PP had a similar ability, or Perk even, to Go Prone and make a smaller target of my soldiers.
I’ve seen it implemented in the UFO: After Franchise, where it adds to Stealth as well.
