Very nice and neatly done! 
Though I preferred to bring an 8-men squad to maximize Skill Points gained in those easy missions.

Those are good missions for leveling up one or two soldiers, because vehicles will not get XP, but at that point, engaging LotA missions, I had too many LV 7 soldiers.

Nice! Mind that while all get skill points, experience is shared, so usually less soldiers get more experience. Does not matter when everyone is level 6 or 7, but early doing more with less soldiers pays off.
