Is it not true? I see it has a discount, but it is nor avaliable for free.
I am playing Phoenix Point via Game Pass on Xbox. I am not sure why it is not showing up on yours.
Are you paid up on GP? I got it from GP and haven’t had any issues with accessing it from the store for free download.
