I got this weird issue where if I try to do the “Steal Aircraft” mission in a specific location when I click to start the mission the game stays on the loading screen forever. The game doesn’t freeze or crash it just stays on active Loading indefinitely and this is happening only in this specific location Eshnunna Disciples of Anu Haven. I tried a different location always Disciples of Anu always “Steal Aircraft” type of mission and same phoenix squad and it worked normally. Just to let you know
I’ve had this issue as well… when raiding an Anu haven or defending Jericho havens against Anu attack. I think it may be related to the presence of Mutogs, since I’ve just had a haven defence that loaded normally but that got stuck on the enemy turn once a Mutog showed up as a reinforcment for them.
