Infinite enemy animation

I had just taken down my first Scylla, he had sprayed mist everywhere and summoned a mindfragger.

The corpse seemed to fall on two of my squad. They couldn’t move or shoot at anything, but appeared undamaged, and I could set overwatch.

On the enemy’s turn the mind fragger ran up to my squad through the mist, no overwatch triggered(intentional?) and then it just stopped in front of my unit and hissed for ten minutes until I alt+f4’ed it. Nothing seemed to interrupt the animation. I recorded it if that is helpful… not of the whole ten minutes, just an iteration of the animation loop.
