GRAPHIC issue DOES NOT REMEMBER?

I have just done 30 YES THIRTY attempts at trying to get the graphics settings to stick and it still does not do it unless I use WINDOWED which is a MAJOR pain in the ASS as the mouse is not locked to it so that is basically a USELESS setting. When it was first installed it worked fine I could set it anyway I liked, but now with the new window that comes up every time I launch it telling me there is a conflict with the cloud I just can not get it to function, I am so irradiated and over these problem right now I am almost ready to uninstall it and ask for my money back!!! Seriously WHAT IS THE PROBLEM with getting to function as NORMAL game for more that an hour and half??? …
