It’s been a while since I played this. Can someone remind me how you shift perspective up or down a building level?
I wanted to jetpack my heavy onto a rooftop and couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to get the target dots to go ‘up’. 
It’s bound to the mouse wheel. Can’t remember if there’s a keybind.
And if you’re playing on a laptop without a mousewheel…?
Use ‘Z’ and ‘C’.

I also realised immediately after I’d said it that scrolling with 2 fingers would work as well.
