I get a similar issue. Sometimes destroyed havens mission prompt just doesn’t disappear. I have two sitting on the HUD thingy at the mo.
We know about this bug. We will fix it. But I cannot tell you exactly when as it is not a top priority for us because it does not influence the gameplay.
