Cant access options after changing to 3840x2160

Hi!

So I have played the game for some hours now on the Game Pass-version for PC and when I changed the resolution from 1920x1080 to 3840x2160, it somehow limited my options when going in to … Options.

Its like, I can Choose between "AUDIO, VIDEO, GRAPHICS, GAMEPLAY and INTERFACE, but I cant do anything else in the menus.

The menus to the right is just dead and wont react to neither hovering above the scrolls or clicking on them.

What can I do?

DONT TRY AND UNINSTALL AND RE-INSTALL THE GAME SINCE YOUR SAVE WILL GET LOST (HAPPENED TO ME JUST NOW).

I had a similar issue, game defaulted to 1280 x 720 (my windows desktop resolution) so I changed it to 1920 x 1080 and half the buttons in the game immediately stopped working. Switching my desktop resolution to 1920 x 1080 fixed it for me.
