I am not able to atack pandoran lair, I tryied with different vehicles, build scan in neares pp base and still not able to deploy sqad to it (but every 4 days attiude decrease)

Here is what you can do to get rid of that lair:

Load your save and move mouse coursor on the lair

open console and type: alien_promote_base
-
The lair becomes citadel and it is possible to attack it.
In case you do not want to fight the citadel load the tactical mission, open console and type win.
You will obviously need console access for this. Here is explanation of how to open the console: Activating console - wiki.phoenixpoint.com

Theoretically, I have console running but I can’t run it in the game. Doesn’t work ~ or ;

it is strange that you can’t run the console. Maybe try reinstalling the game?
I seem to have the same issue and cannot open the console?
I assume by snapshot they mean print screen? All it does is minimise the game.
I suppose you are speaking about this: “press following on your keyboard in succession: Up down left right snapshot”
snapshot means the letters it includes. Press Letter S, then letter N, then letter A and so on

Took a few attempts because it complains the base isn’t under the cursor - but of course it isn’t anymore because Up Down Left Right S A all move the camera!
Then you can’t move the camera back without closing the console and it won’t open again!
At least there is no Antarctic bug anymore and I’m nearly finished this time.

I have a similar problem to the thread opener. I can’t attack infected haven in my game. I’ve tried it with different vehicles and different teams. I cant deploy a team to it.
