Is a basic enemy and should be in Nests also, for sure the missions become harder if Myrmidons where there.
Probalby they are not there because Nests have ceiling… so AI of Myrmidon would just fail by not being able to make long jumps. 
They are only a basic enemy with the DLC enabled. If one doesn’t own or use the DLC, they don’t exist.
