1st february 2047 & Prisoner Of Ice still pending: too late?

Hi all! This is my first run ever at this game, on Veteran (I.e. default) difficulty and my Geoscape at February 1st, 2047 shows an 85% ODI.

I’ve currently two full airborne teams and building another one (still missing its aircraft, though), Phoenix Point base fully developed and another 5 PP bases already activated, aligned with Synedrion and supportive with Disciples of Any, but I’ve been unable to carry out the PP mission “Prisoner of Ice” yet.

Am I still on track, or am I already lagging behind?

Nah, it’s fine. You can take your time with the Symes questline. It’s more important to develop infrastructure and operatives, and seems like you are doing pretty well there.
