Seeing how ammo is supposed to be scarce I’d like to suggest that Overwatch can be manually set by the user to Trigger only when it has a certain chance percentage of actually hitting the target.

We are already looking into methods to give the player more control over overwatch and return fire.

Yes that’s good, because there are times when the ammo is running down and you’d rather the soldier just stop returning fire. I suppose you can always drop the gun, switch the item in the hand or dump the gun into the inventory, but some way to put the unit in ‘low ammo’/‘single shot’ fire mode could be good to have.
