My GOG 1-year edition. Where is it?

I was at hospital with COVID. As a supoorter of Phoenix Point I had to receive a GOG key. I couldn’t read my mail before today, and now I’ve found I had to make a survey (???) to receive my key, and now it is closed. Where the **** is my key I paid for?
