Not clear from the notes. Are the patches all applied to currently running games, or only to new games?
I’m literally about to launch the final Antarctica mission, and I’d hate for the patch bugs to fritz it up.
The balance changes will have some effect on an existing game. All changes to weapons and damage will be in effect.
The change to the evolution speed and factions going to war will technically effect an existing game, but the difference will be most noticeable in a new game. You don’t need to worry about this at all if you’re already on the last mission - it’s only the changes to weapons and such.
