Seems to me, the only color choise to make your soldiers and weapons align a little is yellow …
I personally do not really like yellow, but shoulden´t we have a choise as what color we carry to our demise?!
i use black and white and sometimes dark blue. others are pointless to me… i dont like bright flashy colors on my soldiers, they are not circus squad…

I know Fireaxis XCom has enabled people to do all kind of colour customization of soldiers, its here done by choice of equipment
