I suggest a extended alternative gameplay mode:
Where the player has more time for explore and enjoy/test the weapons, researches and factions.
A relaxed gameplay with more time for complete the history mode without continous estress of the total war factions and pandorians/fog invasion.
Similar to long war of xcom or extended longplay of the war of the chosen.
