Title says it all. I had a cloaked Triton (pain chameleon) nearby so I tried to locate him with my heavy. Managed to find him with war cry and to my suprise found that I could target and fire at him with another Heavy that was equipped with a destiny 3. Even though the Triton himself wasent revealed yet.
