Baby Behemoth.
After eating and growing big enough, it’ll move from underwater to land and continue its feast there, peacefully destroying the landscape.
Looks like a nudibranch of some kind, aka sea slugs. Some of them really have weird shapes, but this one looks somewhat more active than other species I’ve seen when diving.
