# Steam controller help

Hi guys. Not sure if this is the best place to post, but I’m looking to try and use my steam controller to play with.

However, I don’t think the steam overlay works, and therefore I cannot map the controls to keyboard bindings etc.

To be fair, I am a proper noob with the controller, so maybe I have missed something simple.

If anyone has any simple steps to solve this, or can link me a guide to setting it up, I will give you the hand of Anu.

If you can’t get the overlay to work, then GloSC is your best hope. I haven’t tried myself since I like playing this kind of games with K/M, but I could give it atry later and let you know.
