# Request for feature: Show base location on map

I wish a feature, whicht centers the map on a chosen base.

We always have to look manually for the 8 possible bases.

It would be comfortable to be able to choose a base and the the geoscape center immediately on it.

This is especially relevant, when you are looking for the one special base, to gather your troops or looking for your base with a hospital.

I agree and being able to rename bases. I would name the base based on country location (I believe this has already been suggested).
