question 1: just to be sure, you got the Platinum or Signature edition from the website, not that pre-order through Epic?

question 2: have you checked your trash/spam folder? or if gmail/hotmail your promotions folder?

Our records show that you purchased the Digital Download Edition. Unfortunately, this pre-order edition does not include early access (the Backer Builds).
