This problem occurs in all games installed on my computer and is lost when Phoenix point is removed. After the next installation, everything is repeated again, after 7-8 launches of the game, the monitors go off almost instantly.
I reinstalled all drivers of all devices, but the problem remained. Playing Phoenix point in February 2019 I did not face such a problem.
