From the 2nd DLC description: "New units, new mission types, new research, new maps, new weapons and **armor** , and a brutal challenge. So where is the armor?

And there’s the Crystal Chiron and the Umbra Arthrons (Gas). So lots of new armor, just not for the player. 😉
