# Game Shutdown after Prologue

Hi, I have a issue when the prologue ends, specifically, when the last cinematics ends and the game turns on a loading screen. When the loading screens seems to be finish it’s turn to a black screen and pull me out to the desktop. I tried a couple of times backing from the last saved moment during the battle for the phoenix point main base. And the issue comes again.

Can you post your player.log file from

C:\Users\<username\>\AppData\LocalLow\Snapshot Games Inc\Phoenix Point

I can’t find the folder, I search in all folders similars, and I didn’t find the PP folder. Maybe an important information is I play it from the Xbox app for PC. Maybe it has a different folder?
