cost 1AP/5WP
FRENZIED - (Speed increased by 50% and immune to panic. )

- `gives "x speed = 1-2 tile to 1 AP" and -2WP and immune to panic for the current turn for allies around, cost 3AP/5WP`

- gives “+50 armor” yourself or to one close ally for 3 turns, _damage is absorbed from the general pool of armor (armor break)_, this effect does not stack, cost 1AP/3WP

Realistic design vs. OP / silly magic. (no precision in numbers)
My mind refuses to accept broken / stupid skills, so I try to find the “correct answer” and offer my options.

PS
Knowing that there is a way to solve a problem gives you peace of mind and strength to wait. (The only way for a temporary solution to the problem is from my side)

Electric armor as a sort of shield, that soaks up damage before armor and hp sounds good.

Frenzy is to harsh though. I wouldnt bother with the skill that gives just +2 speed ( thats just one more hex for 2AP spent on movement)

Until you can explain or provide a confirmed example of such a skill in games or life, I will continue to consider this “AOE armor” - it is OP / silly magic.

Yes, that’s my assumption. Let it be “x speed = 1-2 tile to 1 AP”

Also I would buff “Radiant Hope” on “+x Accuracy”
**Radiant Hope** - Living allied units within 7 tiles “get a 1 turn buff to accuracy” and recover 2 Will Points at the start of turn.

And maybe, to Psychic Scream + x paralysis points ( -1AP).

First you have two concerns here: “It’s OP” and “It’s silly magic”
The concern about it’s power I can’t address, but if you’re talking about “magic”- Easily explained as the application of [Electroactive Polymers](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroactive_polymers) in your armor, allowing them to be customized in the field to deflect the specific attacks the enemy employs (effectively allowing them to subtly change shape to offer better deflection) and the Technician is the only one trained to correctly analyze the current enemy weaponry and correctly apply the adjustment, therefore they’re the ones carrying the control gear.

I have no desire to “search for holes” in theory

> [@Julian](#):

> [Electroactive Polymers](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroactive_polymers)

but everything would be reasonable if it was about personal equipment and armor, and not the “magic zone” with “armor strengthening” for allies. (I suppose that this is not described in theory)
