Evacuating and all soldiers are evacuated but will not let you end game saying something about can’t evacuate because a soldier is physically incapacitated. They were all in good health and evacuated from the map. Can’t finish satellite station quest. ---

I had that issue. I basically clicked to another soldier and clicked back to the one with the issue. If he’s the last one on the map you may need to select a point on the map, or get the info button and click again. ---

I had the problem before but got by it in the way you describe but this time all the soldiers had evacuated and I couldn’t seem to get around it. The only thing I can do is start the map again. It’s a good job I save on landing.
