# Downgrade version possible?

Hi, so I went on vacation in september, only to come and see I’m not able to save outside of a missing or start a new missions! I can only load some early saves from like april 2020 and then save works again.

This auto update that breaks the game… I was not aware of it. I’ve now disable auto updates,  
but is it possible to downgrade to 1.7.1 or the latest version from 19th of september 2020 ?

I’ve been playing on “Hero” level for 6 months now almost without finishing it yet, if I have to start over I’d rather abbandon this game.

I’ve tried running the game without epic launcher and “verifying” the game and disabling cloud saving.
