I have Backer Build 3 and never used the Epic site and I and not sure if I need to create an account or its automatic being a backer.
What should I do to get the latest version and the release?

You will get a key for the finished game within the next day or so. You will need to create an Epic Games Store account and then redeem that key on your account. Instructions will be provided in the email.
