How long does it take for email confirmation of pre-order to arrive?

I pre-ordered yesterday and received a confirmation of my payment from Xsolla but nothing else. I mean, at this point I don't even know if I didn't type in my email wrong.

I received confirmation of payment first and then a minute later I received another email from Xsolla containing the key for Chaos Reborn.

Thanks, I was thinking I shoulda gotten the Chaos Reborn key at least. I guess I'll try to get in touch with Xsolla support and ask.

Edit.
Checked with Xsolla support, email is correct and payment is alright. I guess I'll wait a little longer.

You should have received your confirmation email and Chaos Reborn key pretty much instantly.

Try contacting the Xsolla support. Email them at help@xsolla.com or use their live help at http://help.xsolla.com - they should be able to update your email and resend the confirmations to you.

Mystery solved, the Windows 10 email client had bundled up my email with older ones thus helping not find it. The weird part was I had two emails with bonus codes so when I dug around some more, I found out I had already pre-ordered Phoenix Point back in January and now I have two of each. So it's almost like I bought the Collector's Edition but without the cool perks.

@Shinjavel, try digging around your email box but from the web rather than any email app. It is as people said, the email had been received almost at the same time as payment confirmation.

Yeah i already did that but nothing there... i contacted Xsolla so we will see what they tell me :-)
