Action CAM XCOM style

This may be both a Feedback and a question. What are the plans, if any of implementing an action cam similar to what the new XCOM Series? 

In following and playing that game there were concerns the action cam would be too much but turns out it adds a nice flavor to the overall feel of the game bringing it to a more modern advanced game visuals.

If you do implement cinematics, action cam/replays do you plan to make it stand out with differences? For example, you could use gritty finishing moves, horror aspects that make it more intense, or possibly even similar to some of the early prototypes tested out by the Firaxis version but later dropped. 

I'd like to see more interesting finishing and combat cinematics even if they are restricted to a small % of the total combat moves.

The action cams can be skipped or completely disabled.

I knew I'd seen this somewhere, I was about to post just that question. In the demo the camera was giving me a headache with how much it was swinging about all over the place. Does this mean we'll be able to play without it and just have a nice zoomed out view where we can see everything that's going on?

There's still a lot of work to be done with the cameras. I don't know the exact details at this time - but Julian has expressed the desire to have the action cameras be optional and skippable.

Those are all good responses but it really didn't stay on topic of my question which was not about skipping cinematics but more about how they envision their game cinematics. (i.e. a clone of say XCOM which is pretty close to what was shown in the demo, or something more unique to PP to capture the horror and ambiance, maybe introduce some cool movements or finishing moves etc).

But it is always good to have options for the players to turn on/off cinematics based on their preferences.
